  1. Boil 10 cups water with red pepper.
  2. Cut raw meat into ¼" cubes.
  3. Mix with salt, garlic, cominos, pepper.
  4. Mix oil, achiote, tomato, tomato paste, and onions.
  5. Then cook adding meat and stirring constantly.
  6. Crumble in oregano.
  7. Add meat sauce and potatoes to the boiling water.
  8. Cook 10 minutes.
  9. Add eggs.
  10. Beat and add to the water, constantly stirring the water.
  11. Add milk while stirring.
  12. Remove crusts from bread, toast.
  13. Serve with slice of toast, floating on the soup.
